Gratitude Day #5
Verses for today, Proverbs 17:22 and Jeremiah 31:13
It is said that laughter is good for the soul, relationships, conflicts, and even your core. Yes, I have heard that deep laughter often strengthens your core. If you catch me laughing solo, just know that I am exercising my core.
When was the last time you laugh so hard that you snorted, couldn’t breathe or almost peed your on yourself? For me, that was this morning when my dear friend Jeanine sent the video below from Twitter. I challenge you to find five different moments tomorrow to laugh and share your laughter with others. It is said that “laughter is good medicine, unless you have diarrhea.” I hope today’s gratitude moment brought you a smile or laugh. Make laughter go viral this weekend! Let’s lead with laughter.
Learn it. Live it. Lead it.
