James 1:12-Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.
What is the worst trial you ever faced? If you are reading this today, you made it! Yes, you made it through your “Why Me” toughest of pains. You remained resilient and persevered. Glory be to God!
Resilient is defined in Merriam Webster as the capability of withstanding shock without permanent deformation or rupture or tending to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change. Perseverance is sometimes defined as to persist in a state, enterprise, or undertaking in spite of counter influences, opposition, or discouragement. Can you imagine being bombarded by trials, tests, and tribulations and making it? One thing after the other. Sometimes all is needed is a gentle reminder that you made it through the worst and you will make it through this as well. Even if it is worst than the last time, you will make it.
Somehow you managed to dig deep, found the strength and courage to carry on. To trust God through it all. To wake up each morning and say, let’s try this again. At the time you were in your test, trial, or tribulation, you had no name for how you manage to keep going every single day. To press forward despite the height of the wall you need to climb or the thickness of your situation. James 1:2-4 reminds us “to consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." Continue the course even in the face of difficulty, lack of understanding or faint hope.
Giving up when you are tired of the tests or searching for answers is easy to do. Today's verse is a reminder, “Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.” Are you willing to stand the test to receive the crown of life that God promises to those who love him? I encourage you to read James 1 in it’s entirety and to persevere. Be resilient, Trust God!

Perseverar
Santiago 1: 12-Bienaventurado el hombre que persevera bajo prueba, porque cuando haya superado la prueba, recibirá la corona de la vida que Dios ha prometido a quienes lo aman.
¿Cuál es la peor prueba que has enfrentado? Si estás leyendo esto hoy, lo lograstes. Sí, sobreviviste tu peor prueba y tribulación. Tu "Por qué yo" más duro de los dolores. Perseveraste.
La perseverancia a veces se define como resistir en un estado a pesar de las contrainfluencias, oposición o desánimo. ¿Te imaginas ser bombardeado por pruebas y tribulaciones y sobrevivir? Una cosa tras otra. A veces, todo lo que se necesita es un recordatorio de que has superado lo peor y que también superarás esta prueba. Incluso si es peor que la última vez.
De alguna manera lograste cavar profundo, encontraste la fuerza y el coraje para continuar. Para despertarte cada mañana y decir, intentemos esto nuevamente. En el momento en que estabas en tu prueba o tribulación, no sabias cómo te arreglabas para seguir adelante todos los días a pesar de la rigidez y el dolor de tu situación.
Santiago 1: 2-4 nos recuerda “consideralo puro gozo, mis hermanos y hermanas, cada vez que se enfrentan a pruebas de muchos tipos, porque saben que la prueba de su fe produce perseverancia. Deje que la perseverancia termine su trabajo para que pueda ser maduro y completo, sin faltar nada. Continuar en un curso de acción incluso en caso de dificultad o con poca
esperanza. La clave es nunca perder la esperanza, incluso si no lo entiendes.
Renunciar cuando está cansado de las pruebas o buscar respuestas es fácil de hacer. El versiculo de hoy es un recordatorio, "Bienaventurado el hombre que persevera bajo prueba, porque cuando haya superado la prueba, recibirá la corona de vida que Dios ha prometido a aquellos que lo aman ”. ¿Estás dispuesto a pasar la prueba para recibir la corona de la vida que Dios promete a quienes lo aman? Te animo a leer Santiago 1 en su totalidad y perseverar. Sí, es difícil aguantar, pero Dios cumple sus promesas. !Confía en Dios y persevera!
